You can rest assured to buy Welding flux SJ612 from our factory and we will offer you the best after-sale service and timely delivery. GJ. SJ-612 is a Fluoroalkali agglomerated flux specially developed for nitrogen containing martensite surfacing flux cored wire. It is a gray white spherical particle with alkalinity of about 3.0 and loose loading ratio of about 0.9. The flux is made of high-purity raw materials with S and P content less than 0.02. It is used instead of melting HJ260 and HJ107 fluxes. The economy and quality stability of agglomerated submerged arc welding flux SJ-612 are far superior to molten flux. It is used with Cr13 series stainless steel flux cored wire for surfacing corresponding rolls, backup rolls Hot work rolls, etc., equipped with N<0.12% flux cored welding wire for welding, with beautiful weld bead formation, good slag removal, no pores in the weld bead, uniform alloy elements in the overlay layer, and less burning of alloy elements in the welding wire. Its performance can replace Japanese NB-70M flux, suitable for single pass spiral welding, swing welding, and broadband welding.
Usage:
Welding flux SJ-612 can be used for surfacing welding of continuous casting mill rolls and hot rolling rolls with high temperature thermal cycling load.
Cautions:
1.Before welding, the Welding flux SJ-601 must be baked for 2 hours at a temperature of approximately 300-350 ℃ (572-662 ℉).
2. After the surfacing is completed, the used flux needs to be screened through 10 to 40 mesh to remove the slag and fine powder mixed with the flux to ensure the quality of the surfacing layer.
